Just the other day my neighbours threw a birthday party and I noticed that a couple of their friends smoked. I normally don’t have much of a problem with that except for the fact that the next morning I found all their cigarette butts on my lawn. I understand there will always be people who litter, especially when you’re dealing with cigarette butts, but is it really so difficult to throw out your own garbage? Don’t you expend more energy throwing your unwanted garbage over to a neighbour than keeping it to yourself?
It’s common courtesy to keep your garbage to yourself, not to throw it to someone else for them to deal with. What would you do if this happened to you?

What makes it worse is those “friends” seemed not to care much for their own friends reputation.
